Champion Program £199 per month

Our Champion package is a 1:2:1 online bespoke package for individuals training for peak performance within their sport.

Who is it for?

This package is aimed towards individuals with a sporting goal that requires periodisation (planning and organisation of training over a set period of time aiming towards a specific goal or target.) Who need flexibility with their training and will require the program to evolve throughout the season.

This personalised package gives you access to individualised strength and conditioning, recovery and injury prevention sessions, specific to your individual needs optimising your performance and recovery.

What it includes:

  • Initial consultation online.

  • Athlete analysis questionnaire.

  • Online movement screen.

  • Periodisation of training, with clear training blocks and goals.

  • Injury prevention built in throughout the program.

  • Individualised recovery sessions.

  • Up to 7 weekly programmed sessions.

  • In app communication with coach for daily communication. As well as feedback on any video content you upload.

  • A Monthly video call for analysis of progress, retesting, feedback and general communication allowing constant adaptation to the program.

The Kickstarter program is an 8 week personalised program. It gives you an entry point into personalised support to help you finally overcome that stubborn injury or take your first steps into experiencing personalised strength and conditioning support to enhance your sporting performance.

Our Kickstarter plan gives you access to personalised support at a fraction of the cost of our Champion program.

  • Individuals sick and tired of generic rehab advice and programs with no structure that don't solve their problems.

  • Individuals needing advice on how to achieve a specific sporting goal.

  • An individual requiring a program that will enhance sporting performance whilst preventing injury or aggravating pre existing injuries.
