Experience
Michael is a qualified sports therapist with 10 years of experience working within elite sports and general practice. Michael has worked at major sporting events such as the IRB Rugby 7’s World Cup in Moscow and the Gothia World Youth Cup in Stockholm.
Michael has worked in various sports including Football, Rugby, Karate and Gaelic football. In addition to Michael’s experience as a therapist, he brings a wealth of knowledge from his time as an elite athlete in the sport of Karate.
Michael competed for England and Great Britain at both World and European Championships over a 10-year international career. Michael combines his personal experiences as an athlete, with his knowledge and experiences as a sports therapist to bring high-quality sports therapy services to the general public.

Mary is a qualified sports therapist who Graduated from Coventry University. Mary has previous experience working in sport including both football and rugby. Mary is still actively working in sport for both QPR as a sessional academy therapist and with Watford FC Trust Football Academy.
Mary has an in depth background in performing arts which she specialised in dance, performing Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her experiences as a dancer and performer which she combines with her academic knowledge to better help her clients.
