Who is the program for?
It is ideal for individuals struggling with :
Injury- let us help you break the cycle of reoccurring injuries.
Chronic pain- can be debilitating and have major impacts on physical and mental health.
Or wanting to achieve:
Performance training- maybe you are at the start of your competitive career within a sport or have set yourself a sporting goal and need help improving your physical performance and preventing injuries to get you to your goal.
The ability to move better and be pain free in every day life.
How the program works:
This program is tailored to your individual needs. Once you sign up to the plan you will be sent a link to a questionnaire that will give your coach all the information they need to help you achieve your goals over the 8 weeks. In addition to this you will be asked to complete a movement screen to further assist your coach allowing them to analyse your body movements.
What is included:
A structured program, specific to your individual needs (highlighted by the questionnaire and movement screen)
Up to 5 programmed sessions per week.
Sessions that are scheduled around sport specific sessions and integrated within sports specific sessions if required.
Exercise library containing demonstrations of prescribed exercises.
